Edward H. Marchant Company was founded in 1903 and served the downtown Boston area as a plumbing and heating repair and maintenance business for many years.  Larry Petrilli started with the company as an apprentice in 1955, purchased the business in 1968 and has expanded it to include many more areas of expertise.  The company focuses on small and medium-size projects and has maintained long-term relationships with several facilities and general contractors throughout its history.  The company continues to deliver high quality work and reliable service with particular attention to customer needs and future facility requirements.

Michael Petrilli joined the company in 1988.  Michael assumed full responsibility for all operations within the company in 1998 and became owner and president in 2000.

E. H. Marchant Co. is a fully licensed union company utilizing trained union plumbers and gas fitters.  All work performed complies with state and local codes to insure quality of workmanship.

Member of Union Local 12; Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC)

The company consists of an office staff of 6 with a workforce of 18 plumbers servicing Eastern Massachusetts.
